The list of the world’s richest people saw a big change on Monday. Bernard Arnault, a 72-year-old businessman from France, reached number one on the list of the world’s richest people. They found the place beating Amazon owner Jeff Bezos. According to the latest figures from Forbes, Bernard Arnault had total assets of $ 186.3 billion. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has a net worth of $ 186 billion and Tesla CEO Musk has a net worth of $ 147.3 billion.

Bernard Arnault’s fortunes have changed over the last 14 months. Bernard, chairman of the fiction company LVMH, saw a rise of $ 110 billion in assets over the last 14 months. Bernard’s wealth alone increased by $ 76 billion in March.
