“The authenticity of Aadhaar for Jeevan Pramaan will be on a voluntary basis and organizations using it must find alternative ways to give a life certificate,” said a notification issued by the Ministry of Electronics and IT on 18 March. In this case, the NIC must by law in 2016, based on regulatory compliance in 2016 OM and issued circulars and guidelines from time to time by UIDAI. ”
