Explain that the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has extended the last date for linking PAN-Aadhaar to 30 June 2021. However, some senior officials of the tax department say that this is the last time that the linking date has been extended. Still, preparations are being made to impose a heavy penalty on those who will not get Aadhaar-PAN linked. According to the official, taxpayers are being given time to link PAN-Aadhaar time and again, but there are many taxpayers who are not linking their PAN-Aadhaar.

Through the income tax website, you can find out whether your PAN is linked to the base or not. For this, first go to the website of Income Tax. Enter the name, PAN number and Aadhaar number given in the Aadhaar card. In the Aadhaar card, tick square only when the year of birth is Mentioned. Now enter captcha code. Now click on the link Aadhaar button. Your PAN will be linked to Aadhaar.

For this, you have to type on your phone- UIDPAN, after this, write a 12-digit Aadhaar number and then a 10-digit PAN number. Now send the message mentioned in step 1 to 567678 or 56161.
