EPFO is providing WhatsApp based helpline service to make life more easy for its members. With this, PF account holders can interact directly with the regional offices of EPFO ​​at the individual level. WhatsApp helpline service has been started in all 138 local offices of EPFO. One can register any kind of complaint regarding the services related to EPFO ​​through WhatsApp message on the helpline number of the concerned regional office. The WhatsApp helpline numbers of all 138 regional offices are available on the official website of EPFO.
