Pashu Kisan Credit Card: So far, more than 57 thousand farmers have got cattle farmer credit card, there is no guarantee on loan of 1.60 lakh.

Chandigarh Haryana, the only state to offer Pashu kisan credit card scheme, has so far received 3,66,687 applications in different banks for this. Out of these, banks have issued cards by approving 57,106. While the government has decided to issue 8 lakh cards. To make this, various banks have set up more than 200 camps in the state. The terms of the animal farmer credit card are similar to the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) scheme of the Modi government. There will be no guarantee to take up to Rs 1.60 lakh. Under this scheme of the Manohar government, the animal farmer’s credit card will be issued according to the number of animals.

How much money will be available for which animal

>> There is a provision of giving 40,783 rupees for cow.

>> 60,249 rupees will be available for buffalo. It will be per buffalo.

>> Rs 4063 for sheep and goat, Rs 16,337 for pig.

>> Hen (for egg-laying) will be given a loan of 720 rupees.

>> Applicant should be permanent resident of Haryana State.

>> Applicant’s Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card.

>> Mobile Number.

>> Passport size photo.

>> Interested beneficiaries of Haryana state who want to get a Pashu Credit Card made under this scheme will have to go to their nearest bank and apply.

>> Before applying, you have to go to the bank with all your required documents. Application form will have to be filled there.

>> You have to get KYC done after filling the application form. For KYC, farmers will have to provide Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter id card and passport size photo.

>> To get a livestock credit card, after getting the KYC from the bank and verification of the application form, you will get the animal credit card within 1 month.

how much interest will

be provided by the banks, usually the loan is provided at an interest rate of 7 percent. But under the Kisan Kisan Credit Card, only 4 percent interest will have to be paid to the cattle owners. There is a provision of giving 3 percent discount from the central government. The loan amount will be up to a maximum of 3 lakh rupees.

Haryana Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister JP Dalal have called upon the bankers to give benefit to more and more applicants by prioritizing the Animal Farmers Credit Card. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set a target of doubling the income of 2022 farmers. Our effort is that farmers can increase their income from animal husbandry also.
