Use the official portal for banking service
Customers using SBI online banking service can avail banking service through the official portal of the bank. SBI has told that take advantage of any banking services only through the official portal. If you do not do so, you may be a victim of banking fraud.
How to register a complaint on the cybercrime portal
To register a complaint through this second option, you will have to enter your state name, login ID, mobile number, and OTP. If you are a new user then you must first register yourself on this portal first. To register as a new user also, you will have to provide your mobile number. After which an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. After submitting the OTP, the registration work will be completed on submission. After this, you will be able to lodge your complaint.
