ARTO Vishwajit Singh of Ghaziabad says, ‘Now necessary instructions have been given by the government for registration of new vehicles online. In the new system of government, now all the documents related to the registration of vehicles will be deposited with the dealer. Only the dealers will upload these documents on the portal of RTO Ghaziabad. After online verification of the uploaded papers, registration of that vehicle will be approved by the transport office and the registration number of that vehicle will be issued.

Singh further says, Under the new system, people are now transported to get duplicate driving license, RC, fitness, permit and many other documents. Online application will have to be done on the department’s website. Apart from this, now dealers also do not have to come to RTO with the documents of the vehicles. The papers will also be sent online. Apart from the application of new DL, other formalities will be online. The applicant only has to come to the RTO by booking a slot to take the test only.
