Information will be available from the portal named SAKSHAM

The Technology Information Forecast and Evolution Council (TIFAC) of Science and Technology Department has created a portal called Shram Shakti Manch (SAKSHAM). Through this portal, the laborers of that area will be connected to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) through WhatsApp. After this, people will get comfortable information about jobs and opportunities in their area.

Hi” will have to be sent by writing to this number

To take advantage of this facility, 7208635370 will have to be sent by sending Hi to WhatsApp number. After that, information about their work experience and skill is sought from that person through a chatbot. Based on the information received, the Artificial Intelligence System gives the user information about the available jobs around him.

How this chatbot works

This portal will be linked to MSMEs across the country through a map of that region. After that, by using the data on skill availability and necessary skills, the portal will inform the workers about the potential employment opportunities in their areas.

Available in two languages

According to TIFAC Executive Director Pradeep Srivastava, chatbots are currently available in two languages only English and Hindi. Work is on to expand it to other languages.

Give this number a missed call if you don’t have a smartphone

There are many people who do not have a smartphone. Such people can access the offline edition by giving a missed call on 022-67380800. This portal can be used by electricians, plumbers, agricultural workers, and others.

According to Pradeep Srivastava, executive director of TIFAC, SAKSHAM started during the corona epidemic. In the lockdown imposed due to the epidemic, lakhs of migrant laborers from all over the country returned to their hometowns.
