New cases of coronavirus across the country have set another new record on Saturday. On Saturday, 62 thousand 258 new cases of coronavirus have been registered across the country, which is the highest in this year. Not so many cases of the corona were seen in the last five months. Not only this, but the number of active cases of coronavirus in the country has also crossed four and a half lakhs. At the same time, 291 people have died due to corona in the last 24 hours. 

According to the Health Ministry data released on Saturday, a total of 1 crore 19 lakh 8 thousand 910 people have been infected with Corona so far in the country. Out of these, 1 crore 12 lakh 9 thousand 23 patients have been cured of corona.

In the last 24 hours, 30,386 people have recovered from Corona. At the same time, 31 thousand 581 new cases have been added to the active patients of Corona. At the same time, the recovery rate of corona in India is 94.85 percent. 

According to ICMR, a total of 239.96 million 553 sample tests for coronavirus have been done till the date in India, out of which 11 lakh 64 thousand 915 samples have been tested yesterday.
