Here is how the OTP based cash withdrawal system will work :

1. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
2. The OTP is a number string of characters that authenticate the user for a single transaction.
3. Enter the OTP when asked by the machine.
4. Enter the amount max (10,000) and withdrawal the cash.

SBI customers can withdrawal the cash using OTP only from SBI-ATM’s. This OTP based facility is not available for non-SBI ATM’s.

There is a limit in OTP-based withdrawal system, a customer cannot withdraw more than Rs 10,000 from the bank’s ATM.
