Warning signs of heat stroke :

To relieve heat, we used to take drinks like mango panna, shikanji, cold, coconut water, lassi, sugarcane juice and vine sorbet.

Keep eating fruits like orange, cucumber, seasonal, grapes, watermelon, melon, cucumber, and cucumber.

Whenever you go out of the house, instead of synthetic clothes, wear full-sleeved clothes which are cotton and light colored.
