UP Police SI, ASI Recruitment 2021: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB), Lucknow has notified the direct recruitment -2020 for the posts of Deputy Inspector of Police (Confidential), Assistant Sub Inspector of Police (Clerk) and Assistant Sub Inspector of Police (Accounts). Released. According to the recruitment notification issued by the UP Police on its website uppbpb.gov.in on 23-03-2021, Tuesday, there will be a selection of qualified candidates for a total of 1329 posts. Candidates wishing to become SI or ASI in UP Police will be able to apply online on the UP Police website from 1 May 2021. Both female and male candidates will be able to apply for these posts.

Vacancy Details:
Sub-Inspector of Police (Confidential) – 295 +32 = 317
Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk) – 624 + 20 = 644
Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Accounts) – 358

Total Vacancies – 1329

Application fee: Rs 400 only.

Age limit – 21 to 28 years.

Educational Qualification – A graduation from any university is a must.

Apart from this, the candidate should have proficiency in Hindi / English typing on computer as well as have passed O level computer examination from recognized institution Nillet Society.

Selection Process: 

1- Candidates whose applications are found correct will be called for 400 marks online written test. This exam will have four parts, namely: 1- General Hindi / Computer Knowledge – 100 Marks, 2- General Information / Current Affairs – 100 Marks, 3- Numerical & Mental Aptitude Test – 100 Marks and 4- Mental Aptitude Test / Logical Examination 100 marks will be set for.

2- Candidates found successful in written examination will be called for Document Verification and Physical Standards Test (DV-PST).

3- Candidates successful in standard test also will be called for typing test and stenographer examination.

After this, a merit list of successful candidates will be made. Based on which medical test and character verification of selected candidates will be done. Only after this, candidates will be appointed.
