SBI Account Holders, Now change your mobile number online from home, follow this process

SBI Account Holders: Important news for the customers of the country’s largest government bank SBI (State Bank of India). If you also want to change your registered mobile number, now you can do this work very easily. State Bank allows its customers to change mobile numbers both online and offline. Today we will tell you how you can easily change your mobile number sitting at home.

Let us tell you that to update the mobile number, you need an activated mobile number along with an ATM-debit-card. Apart from this, you can get your mobile number changed through OTP.

How SBI account holders can change registered mobile number online?

First of all, you have to log in to the SBI website.

Click on ‘My Accounts and Profile’ from the navigation menu on the left.

Now click on the option ‘Profile’ from the drop down menu.

Click on personal details / mobile.

Now enter profile password and then click on submit button.

After this, click on the option of ‘Change Mobile Number-Domestic only (Through OTP / ATM / Contact Center)’.

Now a new page will open up.

Here by writing your ‘Personal Details-Mobile Number Update’ will appear.

Now enter your mobile number. After this, enter your mobile number again. Now click on submit button.

Now a pop-up message will come. Click on this message ‘Verify and confirm your mobile number xxxxxxxxxx’

Now click on “OK”.

After this, there will be three options on your screen – via OTP on both mobile number, Internet Banking Request Approval Through ATM and Approval Through Contact Center.

You can change your mobile number sitting at home through the OTP received on both the numbers.

Update your registered mobile number in your bank profile without visiting the branch. Use Online SBI and bank safe.

How to change mobile number offline

Apart from this, if you want to change your mobile number by going to the bank branch, then for this you will get an application form there. Along with this, you have to give your identity certificate. In this form, you have to fill in all the details and submit them to the bank, after which your mobile number will be registered in a few days.
