SBI customers: The country’s largest public sector bank State Bank of India (SBI) has started a new service for giving personal loans. This facility called Real-Time Xpress Credit has been made available on SBI’s YONO App. With the help of this, customers of the bank will be able to take personal loan up to Rs 35 lakh sitting at home and they will not need to come to the bank.
Not all customers will get the benefit of the Real-Time Express Credit facility. Only central and state government employees and people working in defense services will be able to take this benefit. With the help of the YONO app, work like credit check, eligibility, and other document verification can be done sitting at home.
State Bank of India says that personal loan is a special feature of the bank. A huge customer segment of the bank is taking advantage of this. Now the bank has launched a Real-Time Express Credit facility for some customers. The purpose of this facility is to provide personal loan to salaried customers in a digital way. Customers can take advantage of this through the YONO app. The bank said that it will be a 100% paperless process.
You will be able to take loan up to Rs 35 lakh
digitally, personal loan customers up to Rs 35 lakh can be taken by completing the process in 8 steps. The entire process will be completed online and for this, employees of the central and state government and salaried employees of defense services will not need to come to the bank. All the work like credit enquiry, loan eligibility, loan sanction, and document submission will be done online.
SBI Chairman Dinesh Khara said that the introduction of Real Time Express Credit Loan facility on YONO for its eligible salaried customers will greatly benefit the customers. The Express Credit product will help customers avail loans in a digital manner without any hassles. He said that SBI is striving to provide fully digital banking facilities to the customers to make banking easier.
